Can you identify this movie? Woman thinks family is being replaced?

She thinks all the people around her and her family are steadily being replaced (maybe by aliens or something) in the night. They look the same as they did before but she thinks something is wrong with them. I only saw the trailer once so these details might be wrong. I think the lead actress is blonde but I'm not sure. Any ideas?
