Do i have a bladder infection?

friday and saturday i went pee alot. when i went it was perfectly clear. i had drank a bunch of water friday and i hear that i was oing so much cuz of all the water. well its tuesday and ims till going alot. i will go and like after i go it feel slike i have to still go..like my bladder feels full even though i dont have to go, and im going more often. im 21 years old. i had a narrowing of the uretha tube about 3 years ago but its fine now and my stream is still strong, i just fell like have to go more often. what do i have? what should i do?
