Evaluating the stakeholders on global warming?

I was igned to write a paper about this for my environmental science cl... and I need help. I was given these names: Fredrick Seitz, Arthur Robinson, Noah Robinson, Willie Soon, Oregon institute of science... So umm help.. how do I go about writing this paper, and where do I start? Oh and he didnt want anything about global warming... just the stakeholders... so umm help :)
