PLEASE HELP!?!?!? new haircut?

I honestly don't like the second haircut. Straight band are nice, but I think I'm looking at more Kate Moss type bangs. Idk what you look like, but.......I'm think keep it the same length, layer it, and cut the bangs shaggy cute.
