How do the UGG Bailey on boots flop down?

I'm considering buying this pair of Uggs, but on the reviews I heard that they flop down when oned up. I personally don't like how they look when pulled over. If I don't ever pull them down, but always keep them oned up, will they still start flopping down eventually? Is there any way to prevent this?
