My cat ate a rubber band,HELP i'm very worried!!!!!!!?

he needs to see a vet. Sometimes they can poop/vomit out the rubber band, and sometimes is gets stuck in the intestine. This constipates the cat and they they cannot eat. There is nothing you can do at home for it, nor any medicine that they sell over the counter. He needs to see a vet - now, not later - the longer you wait the more serious (and more expensive) it's going to become. The fact that he has stopped vomiting means there is nothing in his system to vomit up - so no, it is NOT a good sign.
