Slander/racism/descrimination within the workplace.?

I'm thinking yes. Sorry I can't help you determine exactly what about this situation is illegal but it is certainly discriminatory. Workplace discrimination, covert and overt, is rampant in this country and the big problem is that employees fear that if they take legal action they will lose their jobs. I hope that you do take action against your workplace superiors, that statement about gays and christmas is appalling and if there were others present I'm sure that's a discrimination suit if you want it to be.
