Those who equate morality with religion: what basis does an atheist feminist have for her judgments?

If one thinks that morality without divine command is purely a matter of personal preferences and have no claim on others, then what sort of basis do feminist demands for fairness and equality and feminist condemnations of exploitation, objectification, violence, and degradation have if they aren't religious?
