Why is there blood in my stool?

a fissure...i got a cut in my bum after i gave birth to my daughter and going to the toilet for a #2 hurt more than giving birth in my opinion, honestly having a fissure and going to the toilet is the most painful experience of my life..i went to doctor they gave my laxatives to ease the straining and ther rubbing against the cut when going and cream to speed up the healing process of the cut and the cream is also an anaesthetic so it hurts alot less..io seriously know the pain your going through its sooo bad isnt it! im sorry to say but i had it for a good few months aswell..go to the doctor though or it will only get worse and worse and you may need surgery then x
