Genetic mutations keeping me from certain jobs?

If I got my blood tested, and that revealed that I have a genetic predisposition for blood clotting, could that keep me from certain jobs in the Navy, such as EOD and the SEAL teams? Two members of my family have this mutation, and I am wary to get tested for it, because I am worried it could limit my options in the Navy.
